Marsh Fest BBQ Cookoff

With a southeast Texas location, the Trevor Lee Chesson Memorial Marsh Fest is the perfect setting for a Texas IBCA BBQ Cook-off. We’re making sure it’s an event not to forget by making it an IBCA Sanctioned Event. Limited to only 55 teams the stakes will be high as teams from all over will travel to this one of a kind Cook-off.

Teams from all across Texas and Louisiana will converge on the Marsh Fest and fire up their pits Friday afternoon to fill the air with a true Texas aroma as the sun set.

In Texas we like to cook it all, judging will be done on Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken, Open Seafood, Dessert and KidsQ. By Saturday afternoon as the sunsets and the fireboxes cool, we’ll know just who is the best at…Marsh Fest!!!

Check in will start at Noon on Friday, March 6th and the cook’s meeting will be at 6:00 PM.
